Classic Wet Martini


  • 60 ml Bombay Sapphire dry gin
  • 15 ml Martini Riserva Speciale Ambrato Vermouth di Torino
  • 2 small green olives


  1. Pour the gin and vermouth into a coupette glass, and stir for 30 seconds.
  2. Serve straight up, topped off with the olives speared on a cocktail stick.
